The Office of International Affairs for the Health Portfolio (OIA) is a shared service reporting directly to the Deputy Heads of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Amongst OIA's many portfolios, it manages Canada’s relationship with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in close collaboration with Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
